About Dean

When you meet Dean, you’ll immediately know that he cares about you and your vocal journey.

True to his name, Dean is a shepherd. He guides singers in the direction of their dreams.

Dean has worked full-time in the music industry (vocal coach, producer, music director, singer) since the age of thirteen, collaborating with artists and producers such as David Foster, RedOne, Celine Dion, Trixie Mattel, Jessica Chastain, Eden Espinosa, and Christopher Lee—click here for more. He has also acted in over 100 theatre and film roles, as well as produced shows and concerts.

In addition to coaching privately, Dean supervised the voice programs at several colleges, teaching thousands of students in all styles. 

After witnessing the changes to music first hand (from streaming services to the pandemic), Dean became frustrated by how unsupported singers are in today’s industry and decided to launch Vocal Dimension.

As a vocal expert, Dean is uniquely positioned to guide you as an artist.

On a personal note, Dean is currently based in the UK with his wife, aka studio manager, and travels to Los Angeles as needed for work. They added Hurley, an adorable Havanese puppy, to their family in 2017. Being married to a Brit, Dean is especially proud of having performed for HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
